The laboratory is having adequate managerial and technical personnel to maintain the management system in place and to identify and monitor any occurrence of non compliance of maintenance of the system. Tests are carried out by a team of technically competent personnels lead by the Professor & Head of the laboratory who is the authority to manage and verify all the activities carried out by the laboratory. The overall maintenance of the quality system of the laboratory is supervised and implemented by the quality Manager, assisted by Deputy Quality manager. The technical Manager is responsible for updating and maintenance of accurate and reliable validated procedures for adoption in the analytical procedures and to ensure reliable analytical results which are reproducible and indisputable and to identify and solve the nonconformities that may arrive in the analytical system.
